- Chicken Breast. Clean and cut into long fingers.
- 1-2 eggs.
- Bread Crumbs. Freshly made from white bread.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Smear chicken fingers with egg batter. Coat with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in cooking oil till brown. Drain oil on paper napkins.
Serve with hot mustard sauce and honey.
